Sieyuan Limited is a privately-held trading company incorporated in Hong Kong (Business Registration Number 77154931). The company specializes in the international supply of industrial electrical equipment and heavy industrial machinery — focusing on long-cycle, mission-critical assets that customers will operate for decades.

We are not a brokerage. We take operational and documentary responsibility for every shipment, from sourcing and inspection through banking, customs, and post-shipment support. Our customers come to us when they need someone to own the entire trade execution.

Hong Kong was chosen as our home jurisdiction for clear reasons: it sits at the intersection of global manufacturing and global banking, with a legal framework respected by every major international bank, and a customs regime that supports complex multi-leg trade structures.

Technical accuracy

We work directly with our customers' engineering teams to translate technical specifications into supplier briefs that leave no ambiguity. Every transformer, every switchgear unit, every motor is sourced against a written spec, witnessed at FAT, and documented in shipping papers.

Documentary discipline

Trade documentation must align across every party — invoices, certificates of origin, packing lists, transport documents, test reports. We pre-check every set internally before presentation, so that no paperwork issue ever delays your delivery.

Transparent communication

Customers and end-users receive clear status updates at each stage of the project: production, FAT, packing, shipping, customs, delivery. No surprises, no hidden delays. The same applies to suppliers — clarity in both directions.

How we work with customers

Three things we owe to every customer.

Industrial trade is a long-cycle business. The way a supplier behaves on day one usually predicts how they will behave at month nine, when something inevitably needs adjusting. These are the commitments we make from the start.

Tell you the truth on lead times

If a manufacturer says ten weeks and we know it will be twelve, we tell you twelve. Promised dates that slip create more damage than realistic dates that hold.

Keep your specifications confidential

Drawings, single-line diagrams, contractual scope — none of this is shared beyond the manufacturer working on your specific project. Your engineering work stays yours.

Stand behind the equipment

If something goes wrong after delivery — wrong configuration, transport damage, missing accessory — we coordinate the resolution with the manufacturer ourselves. You should not be the one chasing China time-zone replies.

Hong Kong sits one short flight from our manufacturing partners in mainland China — close enough that our team can be on a factory floor for a quality issue the same day. That proximity is the operational reason we are based here.
