For commercial inquiries, technical specifications, RFQ submissions or general questions about our trading activity.
For serious B2B inquiries, the fastest channels are direct email or phone. For project-specific requests, please attach the technical specifications, drawings, or RFQ documents to your initial message.
For RFQ or technical inquiries, please indicate the equipment category and provide as much detail as possible. We will respond directly to your stated email.
We work with each customer's existing bank to structure payment terms — letter of credit, documentary collection, advance payment with a guarantee, or open account, depending on the relationship and the size of the order. We do not push customers towards instruments that complicate their treasury workflow.
Our trading bank details and supporting documents are shared once an order is confirmed. If you need a draft pro-forma invoice or specific banking instructions to obtain internal approval, just ask — we send those out the same day.
